Contact messages
The form stores your name, email, selected subject, message, and submission time in a private site database. The publisher uses these to review and respond to your request. Do not submit sensitive information. Messages become eligible for deletion after 90 days. The retention routine runs when pages are visited or forms are submitted.
Optional email launch list
The signup stores your email, signup time, consent version, pending-confirmation status, and a hashed removal token. Email delivery is not connected. Joining gives permission for a future confirmation invitation; it does not start a newsletter subscription. Pending entries become eligible for deletion after 90 days and are removed by the same routine. A removal link is shown after a new signup—keep it to remove your address without sending a message.
The checklist and lab downloads are free and do not require an email address.
Aggregate measurement
The site counts page responses, resource downloads, and successful form submissions by day and path. These counters do not store IP addresses, full URLs with query strings, referrers, cookies, or visitor identifiers. They are approximate request counts, not unique readers. Hosting services can maintain their own operational logs.
Requests carrying Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control are excluded from the site’s aggregate counters. You can also . This sets a local preference cookie; it does not identify you.
No Google Analytics tag, advertising pixel, or third-party email delivery provider is active. The pages use local assets and system font fallbacks.
Access and removal
Contact and signup records are available to the site owner through private management tools, not public pages. To request access, correction, or removal, use the contact form and select “Privacy or removal request.” We may need to verify that the address belongs to you before sharing any record.
If ownership changes
Contact messages and unconfirmed email addresses are excluded from a routine source-code handover. Any future transfer of subscriber records requires a separate review and notice to affected people. The commercial policy explains how paid placements will be disclosed.
